The Lady Cardinals fell in the district semi=finals as Carl Junction defeated Webb City (21-10-3) in straight sets.

"We had some good moments, but volleyball is a game of spurts," Webb City coach Rhonda Moore said. "We couldn't seem to get a spurt to stay on our side. Carl Junction kept the momentum. It's an unfortunate end. It's always disappointing to finish like that, but we can't hang our heads. This is a talented group and they've had a great year."
