The Lady Cardinals earned a 4-3 double overtime victory on senior night over the visiting Heritage War Eagles on monday night.
Kelsey Lewis and Kristi Fitch put the Cardinals ahead 2-0 early in the first half before Heritage was able to score and the first half ended 2-1.
Heritage tied the game early in the second, but Lewis scored with only 2:45 left to put the Cardinals ahead 3-2. Heritage scored the equalizer less than a minute later before the two teams headed to overtime.
After a scoreless first overtime period, Charlie Cooke netted the game winner in the 94th minute for the victory.
Before the game, three seniors were honored in their final game. Brittany Thurlo, Maddison Mitchell and Jaqueline Hernandez each played three years for the Cardinals.
Webb City will finish the regular season on the road at Republic and Fair Grove. The Cardinals will host the Class 3 District 12 tournament next week.
