The Cardinals got a run back in the bottom of the fourth when Culver singled and scored when Taylor Harris ripped a double down the left field line.
Grove added to their lead with a two run home run for a 4-1 lead after the top of the fifth.
In the bottom of the inning a walk to Kaylyn Gilbert and three consecutive singles from Alyssa Jennings, Stacy Tyndall and Haidyn Berry led to two Cardinal runs.
Still trailing 4-3 in the bottom of the sixth, Harris was on second after a misplayed fly ball, scored on an Emma Welch infield bunt single to tie the game at 4.
The Ridgerunners scored a run in the top of the seventh on a double and sacrifice fly.
Tyndall caught Grove out of position on what should be an one-out single to center, but she hustled it into a double when no Ridgerunner covered second base. Berry flew out to left for the second out setting the stage for Culver. After fouling off several 2 strike pitches, she launched a 1-2 pitch over the left field fence for the win.
Tyndall led the team with three hits on the day while Culver was 2-4.
Berry was credited with the win in relief.
Webb City will entertain Neosho on Tuesday.
