Webb City defeated Nixa 5-4 in extra innings as they honored their seniors on Thursday night.
Nixa scored two in the first inning to grab a quick lead.
Emily Harris cut the lead in half with a blast over the left field fence for home run. Webb City took the lead in the bottom of the fourth as Ashley Allgood drew a walk and Ali VanZant reached on an error to start the inning and scored as Bri Nichols and Renae Gillmore both delivered hits in the inning and the Cardinals led 3-2.
After Nixa went back ahead in the top of the fifth 4-3, the Lady Cardinals answered right back in the bottom of the inning as Mareika Turpen, VanZant and Ashley Alexander all singled with Turpen scoring to tie the game.
Neither team could score in the sixth or seventh and after a scoreless top of the eighth, Alexander doubled to lead off the home half of the inning. Nichols attempt at a sacrifice bunt was misplayed by the Eagles as the tried to throw out Nichols advancing to third and she scored on the wild throw.

The Cardinal return to action next Monday as they travel to McDonald County and then return home for the final two games of the season on Wednesday and Thursday
