Webb City jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the top of the first inning en route to the nonconference victory.

Kaitlin Beason started in the circle for the Cardinals and scattered two hits over four innings, allowing an earned run and striking out seven. Alex Brake pitched two-hit ball and allowed a run over the final three innings with five strikeouts.

Desirea Buerge collected two hits and two runs batted in for the Cardinals, and Brake added two hits and an RBI. Webb City also received a double from Beason and triples from Buerge and Lacy Resa.
