Kaitlin Beason and Laney Kneib combined on a no-hitter, and Alexah Replogle and Lexie Gardner slugged home runs as Webb City completed an undefeated run through the Central Ozark Conference Large Division softball race.

Beason walked the first batter she faced, and that proved to be the only baserunner for the Pirates. Beason struck out four batters in three innings, and Kneib fanned nine in the last four innings.

Webb City (19-3, 7-0) owned an 8-0 lead after a five-run third inning, highlighted by Gardner's two-out, three-run home run.

Replogle's two-run homer — also with two outs — gave Webb City the lead in the first, and she drove in another run with a double in the third.

Replogle went 3-for-3, and Gardner and Chelsea Smith contributed two hits apiece to the Cardinals' nine-hit attack.

Webb City entertains Nevada at 5 p.m. today.
