"This was the first time out for our full squad. We're proud of our guys, especially our guys playing their first-ever high school tennis matches. Though we have areas to improve, we played well overall, and we love seeing our guys cheering each other on and really being a team," Cardinals head coach Stephany Pace said.
"We're getting into the tough part of our season, so we need to keep focusing on doing things correctly, maintaining next-point mentality, and remaining positive throughout matches. If we can do those things consistently, we'll keep improving."
The team returns to action Wednesday, April 9th with a trip to Nixa.
