First half deficit too much to overcome in home loss

Falling behind 19-5 after one quarter and trailing by as many as 27 points early in the second half, the Cardinals finished the game on an inspired 16-4 run over the final three minutes to close the final margin in a 65-54 loss at home.

Shooting only 25% in the first half while the Tigers shot a blistering 63%, the home team went to the locker room trailing 41-16.  

Holton Keith led the scoring output with 21 points.  Slade Hurd had a career best 19, hitting six from long range.
